Qualifications
For companies with 1,001 to 10,000 products.
- Company must require product identification using GS1 barcodes.
- Must apply under the appropriate GCP category based on product volume.
SKU Allocation: Up to 10,000 products
Validity Period: Renewed annually
Requirements to Prepare
- Completed GS1 Subscription Application Form
- Signed Terms & Conditions / License Agreement
- Data Privacy acknowledgment
- Company Registration (SEC / DTI / CDA)
- Proof of Financial Capacity
- Product List Form
Submission & Assessment
- Submit scanned copies via membership@gs1ph.org
- Original documents may be requested.
- GS1 Philippines will assess and confirm your Subscription category.
